Vacuum Plasma Spray (VPS) and EL-FormTM net-shape crucibles are customed manufactured to design requirements. Precious metal crucibles and their alloys are fabricated with He leak rates <10-6 cc/sec. A variety of ceramic coatings (oxides, carbides, nitrides, etc.) can be applied to both internal and external surfaces for corrosion protection and emissity.
