- Operate and Maintain EL-Form equipment
- Manufacture EL-Form coatings and structures per Manufacturing Instructions and job work sheets
- Maintain and operate chlorination and waste neutralization equipment
- Machine necessary tooling and fixtures
- Continuously improve EL-Form products
- Maintain and operate work site in safe and clean manner
- Read engineering drawings and adhere to engineering guidelines
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Participate in meetings to gain technical knowledge of project
- Adhere to project time lines *Documents run data in run book, including parameters, parts measurements, and any special instructions
- Ensure Company Policies and Procedures are followed
- Evaluate workmanship and quality
- Assist Manager in implementing directives, policies, and procedures
- Collect and submit reports specific to team data as requested
- Assist in facilitating team operations by sharing of information and knowledge, identification of teamwork issues, development of problem‐solving recommendations, and recommendations of standardizing team operations
- Coordinate Team schedules with the manager
- Assess the need for training and submit requests to the manager
- Promote and maintain a culture and attitude of continuous improvement, working within the company team to make it more efficient, safe and an enjoyable place to work
