- Manages stock levels, oversees receiving/shipping, conducts cycle counts, and leads warehouse staff to maintain inventory accuracy. Key responsibilities include implementing control procedures, optimizing storage, and reconciling records.
- Responsibilities:
·       Coordinating with purchasing and supply chain teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock, avoiding overstocking or stockouts.
- Â Direct inventory staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management, to optimize productivity.
- Streamline shipping/receiving processes, reducing turnaround times.

- Analyze inventory levels to anticipate needs, reducing under-stocked/overstocked items using ERP systems.
- Â Ensure safe storage procedures and compliance with safety standards (e.g., OSHA) for hazardous materials.
- Â Train and mentor inventory team members.
- Â Monitor inventory levels and reorder as necessary.
- Â Generate inventory reports and analyze data trends.
