Plasma can perform commercial aerospace grade manufacturing of refractory and platinum group components and assemblies for our customers. We have a unique ability to choose between our AM, machining, plasma, or other processes to provide parts at production rates of up to 10,000 per month. We have proven this on ignitors/electrodes in spark plug assemblies in recent years and did trades on the best cost to performance product with our customer. Some other examples of production components could be control surfaces/fins, brackets, throats, nozzles, and more. We like to utilize an extensive amount of EDM’s (including rotary options) that are now available (9+) and have added a 5-axis recently. Our recent facility expansion has allowed us to update our equipment and processes to allow for high-rate production of manned and unmanned commercial (and military) components.
