Purity
Plasma Processes crucible metals typically reo at 99.9% purity. Higher purities can be supplied for certain applications.

Flexible Sizes and Shapes
Crucibles up to 12″ in diameter can be formed by our electrodeposition technique with no limitations on wall thickness. Custom shapes, including radial, hemispherical and conical bottoms, integral seed holders, and tapered wall thicknesses are available. We also provide accessories such as seed holders, dies, tubing, and capillaries. For custom crucibles, we have done things like unlimited coating material compositions and even components up to 4 feet diameter x 6 feet in height.
