Quality System Certification

Plasma Processes started its quality management system transition to AS9100D with ISO 9001:2015 in April of 2017. The “D” revision requires emphasis on process approach, risk-based thinking versus risk management, product safety, counterfeit parts and human factors.

Our third party certification audit, in accordance with AS9104/1:2012 Requirements for Aviation, Space and Defense Quality Management Systems, commenced on December 4, 2017; and we received certification on December 6, 2017. Our most recent recertification came on November 29, 2022 and our current certificate is valid until December 7, 2025.

Our company performs yearly routine audits to remain up to date on our processes and certifications.

In addition, we have SAM registrations to do contracting with the government, including a DD2345, as well as other documents. Feel free to ask us for other certifications if required by your work. We often work with our customer base on ensuring we have the appropriate qualifications to provide excellent products and services.
